CONCERN AUSTRALIA 'DESIGN A T-SHIRT FOR YOUTH HOMELESSNESS' HIGHLY COMMENDED AWARD

Congratulations to year 8 student Tim M for receiving a Highly Commended award in the Concern Australia’s ‘Design a T-Shirt for Youth Homelessness’ competition.

Several of the winning and commended designs will be available for purchase from the Hosier Hoodies online store to raise money for this worthy cause. The aim of the competition was to increase community awareness of youth homelessness, while celebrating the creativity of young people and their desire to ‘make a difference’.

An exhibition of all entries will be held during Homelessness Week (6-12 August) at the Kathleen Syme Library and Community Centre, Faraday St in Carlton.
