Year 10 Visual Art student Cecilia R applied and was accepted for the 2014 'Leap into Design' program held at the Victorian College of the Arts. Cecilia toured artist's studios, visited galleries and participated in practical workshops. At the end of the program Cecilia wrote a review of her time which was published in the college newsletter and was selected for publication on the Leap Program website.
